Business terms
Sketch before agreement
WEBFENO first prepares a free, no-obligation design sketch so the client can see the potential for their new website before making a decision. A written and binding agreement setting out the price, the website's features, the delivery date and the payment terms is drawn up only once the client is happy with the sketch.
Proposal and acceptance
A project is only agreed once the client has accepted a WEBFENO proposal in writing. The proposal describes scope, price, revision rounds and timeline.
Prices and VAT
Prices are stated excluding VAT. VAT treatment depends on the client's country and business status.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed: you only pay when the website is finished and approved. The payment is 100% of the agreed price and falls due within the agreed payment deadline. Payment is by invoice.
Third-party costs
Domain, hosting, licences and similar are not included unless stated in the agreement.
Ownership
Rights to the website's design and content transfer to the client once the project is paid in full.
Service agreements and termination
Monthly service agreements are optional. Notice periods and scope are stated in each agreement.
