What we collect
When you use our forms, we process the details you provide: name, company, contact details, country, language and your project description.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your details to respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Marketing only happens if you have given separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Retention
Inquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted no later than 12 months after last contact. Customer data is kept as long as needed for the agreement and legal requirements, such as bookkeeping law.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
